Meet the Creative Minds Behind the Magic

Tracey McDevitt

Co-Founder, Idea Generator, and Out-of-the-box Thinker

Tracey is the mastermind behind many of our unique designs. With years of experience in event planning and a knack for working with a variety of textures and mediums, she never tires of a good color palette. Tracey holds an MBA from Boston College, focusing on Marketing and Entrepreneurship, and has a background in professional sports organizations. She lives with her husband, four kids, and a zoo of animals in Southlake, TX.

Fun Fact: Tracey is a fierce business leader with solid thoughts but will always leave you smiling.

Stephanie Pennington

Co-Founder, Visionary, Floral Lover, and Duck Mom

Stephanie brings an extraordinary level of attention to detail to every project. Her floral designs rival those of high-end florists, and she excels at creating balloon designs, staging backdrops, and adding neon elements to her creations. A proud Baylor University grad (sic ‘em!), Stephanie lives with her husband and three girls in Southlake, TX.

Fun Fact: Stephanie does not drink coffee but has tons of energy!
