About Us

Tip Top Tap Truck & Mobile Tap Bars is the latest business venture of local entrepreneur Michael Stump. A small business owner in Northern VA since 2012, Michael has continuously sought to expand his offerings in the event and wedding rental industry.

His first creation in 2012 was a unique photo booth experience that stood out from the traditional style booths saturating the market. After becoming a leader in the industry and establishing successful relationships with local venues, vendors, and organizations, he continued to innovate.

In late 2013, he launched a slow-motion booth that creates one-of-a-kind films by recording clips at 240 frames per second, producing custom-tailored videos that capture moments in stunning detail. By mid-2018, he was asked to build a custom champagne dress for a special event, leading to the launch of the traveling champagne/wine dress a few months later.

In 2019, Michael introduced the mobile tap truck/mobile tap bars, addressing the lack of draft beverages at special events and weddings. His handcrafted creation offers a unique and efficient solution for dispensing drinks, while supporting local breweries, wineries, and distilleries. Proud to be Loudoun County's first mobile tap truck/mobile tap bar service, Michael continues to bring innovation and charm to every event.

Meet La Jefa: Our Iconic Truck

La Jefa, a 1964 Ford F-350 flatbed pickup truck, is the heart and soul of Tip Top Tap Truck. With its original factory 292 Y Block and 4-speed transmission, La Jefa brings vintage charm and reliability to every event. Originally from California, this truck has a rich history of hard work and adventure, now repurposed to bring joy to events across Northern VA, MD, and DC.
